1 Software Plans & Credits

GMB Toolkit is online software. Nothing is shipped. Plans, wallet balance and credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

2 NFC Cards, Stands & Stickers

• We deliver within India only.
• After you place an order, our team calls you to confirm the design, price, payment and expected delivery date. Your order is final only after this confirmation.
• The order is dispatched after confirmation, and you can ask us for its status at any time.
• Please check that the delivery address and phone number are correct. Reshipping because of a wrong address may cost extra.

3 Damaged or Wrong Items

If an item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it free of charge. Replacement is the only remedy. Because cards and stands are made for your business, they cannot be returned or refunded.

4 Cancelling an Order

You can cancel before you pay. Once an order is paid for it cannot be cancelled or refunded. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
