Delete Your Data

1 Disconnect a Google Account

Go to Settings → Google accounts and choose Disconnect. We withdraw our access at Google and delete the stored access tokens. You can choose to remove that account's locations too.

You can also remove our access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

2 Remove One Location

Open the location and remove it. Its reviews, posts, insights, keywords, visitor data, competitors, rank history and feedback are deleted from GMB Toolkit. Your Google Business Profile is not changed.

3 Delete Your Whole Account

Go to Settings → Security → Delete my account. Or email contact@saertechnologies.com from your account email and we will do it for you.

• Deletion from the app happens straight away. Requests by email are completed within 30 days.
• Copies in backups are removed within 90 days.
• Your Google Business Profile, its reviews and its posts stay on Google. Only our copy is deleted.
• Unused wallet balance and credits are lost and are not refunded.

4 What We Keep

We keep payment, invoice and wallet records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We do not use them for anything else.
